Fanclub makes waves at the UK National Contact Centre Awards with our first nomination.

We are delighted to announce that Fanclub has been shortlisted for the prestigious “Recognition Programme of the Year” at the UK National Contact Centre Awards with one of our clients Ombudsman Services.

We are now in the final for the Awards which take place on 15th May at The Brewery in London.

Ombudsman Services, based in Warrington, have seen some amazing results using Fanclub to drive engagement and appreciation.

1,397 recognitions sent in the first month alone

We increased Quality from 88% to 94%

Colleagues reported a 22% increase in positive relationships with other departments
