What we do

We partner with organisations who want to empower employees to benefit from more genuine and frequent peer-to-peer recognition.

We do our homework to help companies figure out their employee recognition strategy, specifically what’s important to recognise staff for.

Ensure great work is showcased and visible for everyone in the company to see. Work with your internal communications team to create fun and engaging internal communication strategies to keep momentum behind your recognition programme.

Support existing best practice in your organisation like Employee of the Month or Annual Employee Awards, making it transparent, social and rewarding.

We focus on employee engagement, partnering with you, to motivate, recognise and empower your people and shift your company culture.

What we don't do

We’re not a DIY tech company, just supplying employee recognition software. We partner with organisations and provide the services as well as the tools to create a culture of recognition.

Nor are we a retailer, we’re not trying to dream up employee recognition programmes so that we can sell you vouchers for high street stores.

Fanclub is headed up by Sinead and Paul.

Our combined 35 years (ouch) experience of shaping company culture and recognition strategy through internal communications, employee engagement and developing and training managers in a range of corporate environments means we get what it takes and understand the benefits of connecting people at work – with each other, their leaders and the vision of the company.

We've no idea?

How we came about

From our first-hand experience of lengthy nomination schemes where you needed to write war and peace, to complex incentives that Carol Vorderman would struggle to figure out, or recognition software that no-one could remember the password for…

This got us thinking about how we seem to have lost the simple art of appreciation. So, we worked out a way to make employee recognition social, easy, peer to peer and fun.

Employee Recognition schemes are often driven by HR, left to I.T or Comms to manage, or even worse; owned by nobody and fall by the way side.

Fanclub provides everything you need, from a colleague engagement strategy, internal communications to fun launch events, as well as social software. We use our engaging internal communications and operational experience to drive peer to peer recognition, engagement, provide HR insight and keep the momentum going.
